Our Physiotherapist will guide you based on your condition.

3. Is there any downtime after the procedure? Very little. Most patients can return to normal daily activities immediately after the injection. We typically advise avoiding strenuous exercise or heavy lifting with the treated joint for 48 hours to allow the solution to settle properly.
