CUPPING THERAPY & MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
At our clinic, we offer cupping therapy and myofascial release to support recovery, reduce pain, and restore natural movement. These hands on treatments work by targeting tension within the muscles and connective tissues, helping your body move more freely and comfortably.

Cupping therapy uses specially designed cups placed on the skin to create suction. This lifts the underlying tissue, encouraging blood flow, reducing muscle tightness, and promoting healing.

It is a deeply relaxing treatment that can leave you feeling lighter, looser, and less restricted.
What is Cupping Therapy?

Myofascial release is a hands on technique that focuses on releasing tension within the fascia the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and joints.
When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can cause pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Through slow, targeted pressure.
