What is Pilates?

The pilates classes are also attended by injury-free men and women who are simply looking to enhance their fitness levels, achieve toned bodies, and improve their general health and wellbeing. 

How can Pilates help you:

Pilates can help treat chronic pain and neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis, orthopaedic and sports injuries, osteoporosis and scoliosis of the spine. The Pilates classes are every Tuesday at Martham Village Hall.

The Intermediate Class is at 10:30 am which is Mat based.

The Beginners Class is at 11:45 am which is Mat based.
